You can call Duke or the City of Hamilton directly to sign up for electric.  
All properties must sign up for electric.  If you do not put the electric in your name prior to the lease start date, you will be charged a $45 processing fee per utility.

You can call the City of Norwood, the City of Cincinnati or the City of Hamilton directly to sign up for water, sewer, trash for properties that are seperately metered.  
 

Since technology tends to change and evolve at a rapid pace, there may be other internet and cable options available through your wireless provider that you may want to consider.
